About Me
I bring 20+ years of experience as an engineer, professor, and product leader in healthcare technology. I hold a Master’s degree from Duke University and a PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University, where I advanced research in healthcare operations, delivered grant-funded projects, spoke at national conferences, and consulted with healthcare organizations.
At Gartner, I advised health system executives on pharmacy, data, and value-based supply chain strategy. At McKesson, I built a new product organization in precision medicine, clinical decision support, and clinical trial workflows—work that led to the launch of Ontada, a company uniting data insights with clinical technology for life sciences and providers. Most recently at Amazon Pharmacy, I led the Pharmacy Services clinical tech portfolio significantly improving patient safety, customer experience, and financials. I also authored the Amazon Pharmacy's strategy document and drove an acquisition to transform the pharmacy experience. I also partnered closely with clinicians to shape AI strategy and developing frameworks that ensure the investments were both sustainable and trusted.
